2004 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
A blend of fruit from two hillside vineyards: 60 percent from the Pyramid Ranch Vineyard, 40 percent from the Red Winery Road Vineyard. Slight toasty oak notes frame the expressive currant, cherry and plum notes on the nose. The fruit notes carry through to the elegantly balanced palate with hints of spice and vanilla. A pure expression of Alexander Valley Cab.

2008 Alexander Valley Home Chardonnay

Aged sur lie for 6 months in old Hungarian barrels. Frequent lees stirring gave it depth and minerality while the acid remains bright and cleansing. This is a Chardonnay meant to be crisp and refreshing and to express the beautiful taste and smell of fresh fruit from a region known for great Chardonnay.

2006 Alexander Valley Merlot

One hundred percent Merlot. A single vineyard bottling from the upper edge of our Red Winery Vineyard, planted in 1973. The 2006 Merlot has the signature cherry character of the Red Winery Vineyard, but this year it is earthier and spicier than in past vintages. What makes the 2006 Merlot remarkable is the combination of old world character alongside the full mouth-feel and smooth finish typically reserved for overripe California reds.

2005 Pyramid Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is estate grown and bottled in the Alexander Valley, from 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Using only the best fruit from the rugged Pyramid Vineyard, located in the hills between Chalk Hill and Knights Valley. Rich and complex with dark fruit and oak notes, it still needs time to realize its full potential.

2005 Stone Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is estate grown and bottled in the Alexander Valley, from 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Using only the best fruit from the rugged Stone Vineyard, on the southern border of Alexander Valley, on Chalk Hill Road. This wine is bold and nuanced, with hints of chocolate.




2007 Vigne dei Mastri 'Galileo'

Produced with only the best, hand-selected Barbera grapes from the vineyard, this wine is aged for a long period (24 months) in French oak barriques. Dark ruby red wine, with a medium to full body and scents that remind you of blackberry, plum jam, leather and vanilla cream.

2007 Vigne dei Mastri 'Marcello'

This wine is a very unique and interesting blend of Albarossa (Barbera X Nebbiolo) / Barbera / Merlot, aged in oak barrels (tonneaux). It is a Ruby-red color with purple highlights. 'Marcello' has an intense and complex nose, with deep black and red fruits, spice, and a finish with vanilla and cocoa. Balanced, round taste, delicate tannins and a sweet aftertaste.

2007 Vigne dei Mastri 'Arturo'

Produced entirely with the purest Barbera grapes, it is vinified partly in steel vats and partly in large oak casks to obtain a deep ruby-red wine with violet highlights. Its bouquet is typical of Barbera: plum, sour black cherry and sweet spicy aromas.

2008 Vigne dei Mastri 'Chiara'

'Chiara' is a blend of Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. This wine is vinified in French oak barriques on the lees for 6 months, with periodic batonages. It is a pale straw-yellow color, with aromas of grapefruit and lemon, green apple and toasted almonds. It has a fresh, crisp, clean flavor and a pleasant, slightly sour aftertaste.

This wine is made in the traditional Italian table wine style and is a blend of Barbera and Merlot. It is extremely approachable and yet has great structure, making it highly suitable for matching with food. Great fruit with some light spiciness, this wine represents a tremendous value.

2011 Mountain Range Chardonnay

Restrained aromas that may convert non-chardonnay drinkers. Lovely fresh grapefruit and peach flavours and underlying complexities adding interest. Background oak. Lactic mid-palate adds texture, lively natural acidity maintains freshness.

2010 Mt Canobolas Collection Chardonnay

Lovely fruit purity with grapefruit, guava and nectarine. Crystalline acid and minerality. Matchstick, nutty oak, hint of toast, creamy lactic complexity. Lovely balance and length. Seemless structure and integration. A degree of restraint to the style, certainly not over-the-top and oaky. Fully deserving of the ‘reserve’ label.

2010 Mt Canobolas Collection Shiraz

Medium-bodied and fine-boned in structure. There is a fineness and elegance to this wine that is almost the antithesis of Australian Shiraz. Perfumed red berries, spice, some charcuterie, soft integrated oak showing as hints of choc-vanilla and cedar. Lively acid provides backbone and fine tannins provide length.

This wine is extremely complex and engaging. It is a blend of 37% Mourvedre, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Syrah, 4% Grenache. Red and black fruits predominate, but there is an earthiness and spice that develops in the glass while you drink. Decant for an hour before serving. This wine can definitely cellar for 4-6 years.

Tremendous value is the key to this wine. It is a Bordeaux-style blend of A blend of 37% Merlot, 37% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Petite Verdot, 9% Cabernet Franc and 4% Malbec, all sourced from Santa Barbara vineyards. In the Bordeaux style, this is a well-balanced and full-bodied wine that will also pair well with food.

The 2005 Vintage of this wine, released late in 2010, was a tremendous success in Vintages.  Full-bodied and beautifully structured, this Merlot/Cabernet Franc blend from the Cotes de Castillon represents a tremendous value for Right Bank Bordeaux.  You will taste a nice balance of red and black fruits, with well-integrated oak providing additional finesse and balance.  Decant 1 hr and enjoy!

Haut Lucas is a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc.  The Merlot provides the main fruit component and richness while the Cabernet Franc enhances the structure and balance.  This wine is aromatic with a crimson colour.  Red fruit predominates, with a slight herbal finish.

Representative of Malbec from Mendoza, this wine is big and bold, but deftly balanced.  Black fruit and spice, with a nice touch of oak provides a great wine to pair with grilled steak.
